We offer a 15-day money back guarantee on our all packages of shared hosting and VPS. If you are not satisfied with our service, we will refund your hosting charges. There is no refund for domain names, as you are given full ownership of the domain name for the year. There is no refund on dedicated servers, licenses, service/ setup or any other fee we charged. You can transfer your domain name at any time. There are no refunds upon completion of the 15th day of hosting with Temok. Also only first-time accounts are eligible for a refund under the 15 day money back guarantee. For example, if you had or still have an account with Temok before, canceled and signed up again, you will not be eligible for a refund or if you have opened a second account with Temok. In addition, refunds are not offered for accounts that are suspended or terminated for violating this Agreement.
